Nellie Washington is a fitness coach and public health professional with over 25 years of experience promoting active, balanced lifestyles. She holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from Syracuse University and graduate degrees in Public Health and Healthcare Administration.
Certified in Pilates, Yoga, Personal Training, and group fitness, Nellie’s approach focuses on movement, mindfulness, and nourishing the body for long-term wellness.
